  1. Same lady answered Friday and she told me the are making coffee and drinking it.Nothing but a bunch of liars. From Joe the big spender and B.S. artist to Barney Bob A lil boy in a so called mans body still playing cops and robbers on the residents dime. In the mean time clothes and towels are ruined. Hot water heaters getting full of rust to prematurely make the tanks and elements fail. Take a shower in it and itch all day let alone wash you hair and after a few times go to a woman beauty shop to have the rust removed professionally.Beware of the restaurants in town that clean and boil eggs and produce in the terrible rusty water.Just hope no one gets sick. Lawsuits are coming for Whitehead and Joe and gang so get ready good ole boys.

  2. Not a dumb comment 4.39! Holloway oversees district 5 and Pittsville is in that district. I called the town Thursday and the lady who answered said its OK. Like heck its ok! I want to see a water test analysis sheet posted online at the town hall on the front door and the post office. White clothes are brown and have to be tossed. What a bunch of unqualified clowns they have in this town.

  3. I was wondering if it was appropriate for the Wicomico County Executive to be banging a department head and then promote them to a different position with a $30,000 pay raise? Then he refuses to send appointments to the county council in order for their confirmations. Why does he keep violating the county charter and breaking the law? Why do we have to read about this on the news? What will it take for Bob Culver to do the right thing and follow the law? Come on Bob Culver we are sick and tired of your crooked ways.

Can someone start a recall petition?

    1. Agreed. Bob Culver is about Bob Culver. And “his department heads” are not any different.

The Bob Culver Swamp needs to go.

      1. I agree. If someone goes about starting a recall petition I will gladly sign it and work to drain the Culver Swamp.

  4. Pittsville town water still brown and been that way for almost a month. A group of us residents are sending Hogan emails and messages to no avail. Joe Holloway does not want to get involved and I really do not blame him. Gene Cook the felon the town hired is employed by the town and messing with municipal water with no license at all. Blow hard Whitehead says he drinks the water which is total B.S. Get Bill Gordy in there to get the water right until they fire Gene Crook and get the qualified person to perform the job correctly.

    1. Why would Joe Holloway want to get involved? He is on the county council, not the hillbilly Pittsville town council. That was a dumb comment.

  5. JT: Can someone explain Bob Culver’s concept of Pay-Go for capital improvement projects? This concept appears to be used for capital projects that are being paid with existing general fund cash balances or the project is anticipated to generate enough revenues to pay for itself. I don’t ever recall Wicomico County funding capital improvement projects with this Pay-Go concept. In the latest County Council brief book, the 2020 capital improvement budget calls for $9,000,000 in general obligation bond paid projects and another $3,317,075 in new Pay-Go and $1,401,981 in existing Pay-Go projects. Isn’t Pay-Go a little too risky for Wicomico County? Especially when Wayne Strausburg told the County Council that he doesn’t know where the needed $7,000,000 is new revenues will come from to pay for the coming $15 minimum wage?

    1. Awe, there you go worrying about those pesky dollars and cents. Bob and his two musketeers are well edumacated progressives posing as conservatives. Of course they can’t read the County Charter and are morally adrift but them is details. And they’ll be long gone to the next snake oil convention by the time the dust settles.
Welcome to the dysfunctional outhouse we affectionately refer to as Da Shore Wicomico style.
